• Account Creation

Each user must create a personal account with a valid email address.

• User Types

Three roles are available:

Admin: full access, user and permission management.

Editor: access to files as authorized

Accountant: access to files as authorized

• Access and Security

Secure authentication (email + password, 2FA coming soon).

Each action is logged.

Your access is limited to what is authorized by your organization.

• Permission Management

Rights are configured file by file.

You can share or restrict access at any time.

Some actions (deletion, duplication, renaming) are restricted based on user level.

• Suspension and Deletion

Prolonged inactivity or non-compliance with the terms of use may result in account suspension.

Deleting a user does not erase common associated files but erases personal data (they remain in the organization, unless manually deleted).

• GDPR Compliance

Your personal data is handled with care, never sold.

You can request access, modification, or deletion of your data at any time.

6. User-Generated Content

• Any content submitted by users (comments, reviews, etc.) must not violate the rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and privacy.
