    4. Application Operation

  • Account Creation

Each user must create a personal account with a valid email address.

  • User Types

Three roles are available:

Admin: full access, user and permission management.

User, accountant, user, collaborator: access to files as authorized


  • Access and Security

Secure authentication (email + password, 2FA available soon).

Each action is recorded.

Your access is limited to what is allowed by your organization.

  • Permission Management

Rights are configured folder by folder.

You can share or restrict access at any time.

Certain actions (deletion, duplication, renaming) are restricted based on user level.

  • Suspension and Deletion

Prolonged inactivity or failure to comply with the terms of use may result in account suspension.

Deleting a user does not erase common associated files but deletes personal data (they remain in the organization unless manually deleted).

  • GDPR Compliance

Your personal data is handled carefully, never sold.

You can request access, modification, or deletion of your data at any time.

  • Your use of the Dropia website is also governed by our privacy policy.

6. User-Generated Content

  • Any content submitted by users (comments, reviews, etc.) must not violate the rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and privacy.
